Support Workers
Would you like a rewarding job supporting vulnerable adults and children?
We pay £11.50 for level 3 qualified staff and £11 unqualified, £15.50 for complex cases, £60 sleep-in allowance, 45p per mile mileage and paid DBS's.

You will work with service users in a variety of contexts, some live at home with their families, some live independently and some live in their own homes with 24 hour support.
You will work with services users to:
• Support them at home to live independently
• Support them to participate in exercise and activities
• Support to access volunteering and educational opportunities
• Helping with daily independent living tasks

Be unflappable
Be able and willing to get out and about
Be able to manage behaviours that challenge
Be willing to learn
Be flexible enough to adapt to clients with very different needs
Is this you?
Driving licence and a car are essential and a willingness to travel. You will need to be able to work flexibly as the role includes evening and weekend work.
