Training Services for Professionals - let us help you deliver high quality services 

We offer a wide variety of skills training to support the development of residential workers and support workers. We understand the needs of adult learners, and our delivery is varied and interactive. Available training includes:

communication, working with groups, working in teams, developing positive relationships, managing challenging behaviour (children and young people), decision making, safeguarding children, training to support specific NVQ units, training to support specific service standards, common sense Health and Safety, staff supervision, managing staff. 


We offer a variety of team training and team building activities, including indoor team building and training events focusing on particular issues relevant to your team, in your own accommodation or a venue of your choice. 

We also offer sessions, days and weekends using our Adventurous Activities and bushcraft resources including:

climbing, abseiling, canoeing, raft building, orienteering, Forest School (bushcraft), gorge walking, high ropes, team challenges
