A+bility is able to provide registered social workers, experienced and qualified managers, and qualified trainers who can offer a variety of support services to agencies and professionals including quality assurance inspections and reports, developing policy and guidance, staff supervision, support to management including managing services, and mentoring and support.
We will undertake investigations into complaints, grievances, and staff capability issues. We can use your reporting procedures, or we can provide those which meet your requirements. We will complete reports speedily due to recognising the impact of disruption and uncertainty on staff and service users. More than one investigator can be allocated if speed is an issue.
Our staff are experienced in completing assessments in: Health and Safety - 4 staff IOSH trained, parenting assessments, assessment of need, initial and core assessments, and CAFs.
Staff who have worked in and managed residential provision can offer
Regulation 33 visits. We can provide a policy and reporting system, complete one off visits and reports and take on these requirements for any time scale.
Current NVQ candidates should complete their award speedily!
We have NVQ Assessors and Internal Verifiers in Health & Social Care -children and young people, and can support current candidates to complete their award speedily prior to this qualification being superceded by the new Diploma.
