About Us

The three  Directors of A+bility Limited have many years experience of working in a variety of residential establishments as well as in community based services, and all share the belief that children and young people with complex needs require committed and consistent care from people, whether they be parents or other carers, and that these people shouldbe well supported.

One Director is an Adventurous Activities Instructor and licence holder and employs the outdoor learning environment to encourage children and young people to develop resilience. For more information please see the 'Outdoors' page

One Director has experience of managing a Family Support Service, and is a Registered Social Worker. For more information please see the 'Parent Support' page

One Director has experience of managing a Placement Support Service, and is also a Registered Social Worker. For more information please see the 'Carer Support' page

All Directors have Management qualifications, current CRB checks and Health and Safety Certificates, and are able to use these to your advantage. We are also experienced in delivering Training.  For more information please see the 'Training' and 'Service Support' pages
